Christina Thomas owns MY Self Wellness in Bonita Springs, Florida, which opened in 2019. The center provides psychedelic ketamine therapy treatments that have proven beneficial for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental health conditions. Charles, Christina’s fiancé, serves as the chief education officer and brand ambassador at MY Self Wellness. Charles struggled with severe depression, PTSD, and anxiety for over 20 years, resorting to self-medication with alcohol and other substances. His path to recovery began with the therapeutic use of psychedelics, which led him out of addiction. Inspired by his healing journey and recognizing the potential of psychedelic therapy, Charles and Christina are dedicated to sharing this healing modality with others.
