The Virginia Minority Cannabis Coalition (VMCC), based in Newport News, is a trailblazing 501(c)4 nonprofit organization established in 2021, dedicated to empowering Black and Brown communities to become shareholders in the cannabis industry.

We are professionals, business owners, adult learners, advocates, and everyday people committed to ensuring that Virginia’s emerging cannabis industry generates genuine economic change for communities of color most affected by inequitable cannabis laws.
