Viola, the largest Black-owned cannabis brand, has been producing premium products since 2011. The company is named in honor of CEO Al Harrington’s grandmother, who suffered from glaucoma until he convinced her to try cannabis. Witnessing the plant’s ability to alleviate her pain inspired Al to start a company dedicated to providing similar relief to others.

Viola’s mission is to promote equity and ensure that Black and Brown people have the opportunity to participate in the rapidly growing cannabis industry, which has historically marginalized them. With over a decade of experience cultivating premium flower and producing award-winning extracts, Viola offers a wide variety of strains and products across eight states and throughout Canada.
