The Jane Project started in 2019 as a photo-activism campaign aimed at de-stigmatizing discussions around trauma, healing, and the use of cannabis for medication. After photographing over 50 women and non-binary trauma survivors, it became clear that TIJP needed to extend beyond media, leading to the creation of This is Jane Project 501c3. Today, we provide comprehensive trauma-informed programs to support our expanding community of Janes while continuing to document stories of hope and healing through cannabis.
