The National Diversity and Inclusion Cannabis Alliance (NDICA)

NDICA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an ethical and equitable cannabis industry by addressing barriers that hinder the representation of communities most affected by the War on Drugs, including people of color and other marginalized groups.

Our team collaborates with innovative thinkers and leaders to offer guidance and mentorship in the markets we serve. By uniting government agencies, industry leaders, practitioners, and intellectuals through forums, expungement clinics, training sessions, think tanks, and a vibrant online community, NDICA delivers the essential technical expertise and resources needed for success in both cannabis and non-cannabis industries.
