Keith possesses over 30 years of global supply chain expertise in Fortune 500 companies within the medical device and consumer products sectors. His track record includes developing and executing effective supply chain strategies, enhancing end-to-end business processes, fostering collaborations with strategic partners and customers, integrating mergers and acquisitions, and leading change management initiatives.

Currently, Keith serves on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, where he advocates for marketplace trust.

Before establishing Supply Chain OpEx Consulting, Keith served as the Director of Global Supply and Distribution for BD’s Diagnostic Systems unit, where he introduced Lean Enterprise and Transactional Six Sigma methodologies and successfully implemented SAP IM/WM.

Throughout his career, Keith has overseen various functions, including Contracts Management, Customer Service, Demand and Supply Planning, International Distribution, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations & Planning, Supply Chain Channel Partner Relationship Management, Global Transportation, and Warehousing Operations.

In his prior roles at Eastman Kodak, Keith held senior leadership positions at major Distribution Centers in New York, Colorado, and Singapore within the consumer products division.

Keith’s academic achievements include an MS with Honors in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, a BS with Distinction in Applied Economics from Cornell University, and professional certifications from APICS (CSCP, CPIM) and ASQ (CMQ/OE).
