Psymposia

Psymposia, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and media organization, is dedicated to providing critical perspectives on drugs, politics, and culture. Our mission is to ensure that individuals have access to accurate, well-researched information, believing that this is key to finding solutions. To achieve this, we conduct analysis, contribute to academic research, act as a watchdog for the industry, host events, and advocate for public interests.

Aside from publishing articles, investigative journalism, and commentary videos, we also produce the Plus Three podcast. Notably, we partnered with New York Magazine and Vox Media to co-produce season 1 of the podcast Cover Story: Power Trip, which became the most successful new show launch in Vox Media’s history. Our work has been recognized and featured in The Guardian, Vice, The Nation, Business Insider, The Daily Beast, Wired, ABC’s Four Corners, CBC, and other reputable media outlets.
