The Minority Cannabis Academy (MCA) is a non-profit adult learning institution based in New Jersey, owned by individuals of Black descent. Our 501(c)(3) organization is dedicated to the professional development and technical training of minorities and marginalized communities affected by the “War on Drugs,” aiming to prepare them for careers in the cannabis industry. We are committed to providing valuable workforce development opportunities to a demographic that is often underserved.
