Serving 30 markets across the US, our headquarters are in New York City, with regional hubs in Los Angeles and Austin. As a remote-first company, we have employees located throughout the country.

Mission: The Law Enforcement Action Partnership aims to unify and mobilize the voice of law enforcement in advocating for drug policy and criminal justice reforms that enhance community safety. By focusing law enforcement resources on the most significant public safety threats, promoting alternatives to arrest and incarceration, addressing the root causes of crime, and fostering improved police-community relations, we strive to make our communities safer.

Vision: The Law Enforcement Action Partnership envisions a world where criminal justice and drug policies create safer communities. By ending the War on Drugs and exploring solutions beyond the criminal justice system, we aim to better protect human rights, reduce violence and addiction, and build public respect and trust in law enforcement.
