Hood Incubator

The Hood Incubator is a trailblazing organization dedicated to fostering a more equitable cannabis industry by empowering Black and Brown communities disproportionately affected by the War on Drugs. Founded in 2016, The Hood Incubator combines social justice advocacy, business incubation, and community empowerment to create pathways to ownership and leadership within the cannabis space.

Through educational programming, mentorship, and policy initiatives, the organization equips entrepreneurs and aspiring cannabis professionals with the skills, resources, and support needed to succeed. By addressing systemic inequities, The Hood Incubator helps build a more diverse, inclusive industry that reflects the communities most impacted by cannabis prohibition. Their efforts not only generate economic opportunities but also amplify the voices of underrepresented communities, ensuring that the rapidly growing cannabis sector fosters justice, equity, and wealth creation for all.

The Hood Incubator’s mission is to cultivate Black and Brown leadership, ownership, and economic power in the cannabis industry.
