I engage in regular consumption of sacred plant medicines as a form of prayer and for seeking insight. Not long ago, I found myself unexpectedly introduced to the owner of a retreat center where I had been visiting for nearly seven years to commune with nature. Despite my previous avoidance due to unfounded assumptions, I sat down with him during a special event, having just returned from a day-long journey.

During our dinner conversation, I shared my upcoming trip to Brazil to attend the Yawanawá Festival. He was immediately intrigued by my passion for the Amazon and my plan to spend time with shamans and experience ayahuasca. This led to a spontaneous session in his daughter’s yurt the next day.

The experience felt deeply meaningful and synchronistic. Having bid farewell to the meadow and oak grove where I had prayed and healed for years, I no longer felt at ease due to the emergence of a gun range and “No Trespassing” signs. I couldn’t help but feel that the spirits of the land orchestrated my meeting with the owner. To my surprise, I discovered that he was not the person I had assumed him to be.

During that session, among many profound messages, I received a clear vision that the next website I created should be dedicated entirely to helping individuals become clear channels for the Divine. This, I understood, was the paramount purpose in life. It didn’t matter what one’s occupation or status was; the most crucial task was to awaken people to their divine essence and help them remember that God resides within.

Upon returning home, I searched for domain names related to this theme, but none felt quite right. It took a few more years, additional trips to the Amazon, mastering podcasting, meeting visionary leaders, artists, and musicians, falling deeply in love, experiencing profound heartbreak, and eventually, everything fell into place.
