Raised in the agricultural heartland of Wisconsin, Nic developed a deep passion for farming. He honed his skills working with various fruit, vegetable, and medicinal herb operations, gaining expertise in sustainable and organic farming practices. Concurrently, Nic advised numerous medical marijuana cultivators across the region. A Veteran of the United States Air Force, Nic is also fluent in multiple languages, holding degrees in Environmental Studies and Biology.

Combining his background in agriculture, the military, and cannabis, Nic founded 3C with a vision to see the legal cannabis and hemp industries produce high-quality organic products while prioritizing social and environmental responsibility. 3C’s mission is to steer this rapidly evolving industry towards a mature, safe, and regulated future where profitability, social equity, and environmental sustainability intersect.
