Jasmine Mans’ Buy Weed From Women (BWFW) is a Black women-owned and operated product design house and apparel brand based in Newark, New Jersey, featuring local industrial screen printing. Our apparel supports women entrepreneurs, advocates for prison reform, and promotes the legalization of cannabis. BWFW has launched two clothing collections and has provided product and design services to cannabis industries in the United States and Canada. Forbes featured BWFW for its distribution partnership with Etain Health, highlighting our “Good Weed Good Women” campaign, which donates a portion of its proceeds to the New York City Food Bank. Our mission is to develop innovative concepts through unique designs, apparel, and spatial experiences. We prioritize transparency by focusing on integrity-driven philanthropy, maintain a core team comprising 80% women, and aim to create marketing campaigns that set industry standards for the next 50 years. We strive to amplify women’s voices in the cannabis industry through various channels such as publishing, podcasting, art, and collaborations. Our goal is to establish a strong presence in dispensaries across the United States and expand into Canada. By utilizing consumer spending, we seek to aid in the release and record expungement of Brown and Black individuals previously incarcerated due to unjust marijuana laws.
