Roz is the Founder/CEO of Minorities for Medical Marijuana, Inc. (M4MM), the largest 501c3 community-based organization serving individuals and BiPOC communities. With over 10,000 hours of outreach, training, education, and resources, M4MM is dedicated to empowering these communities. As CEO, Roz oversees all internal strategic decisions, day-to-day operations, education and training, and overall organizational capacity building and growth.

Recently, Roz experienced a car collision resulting in a traumatic brain injury. During her healing process, she discovered the transformative power of cannabis. Cannabis, combined with CBD, daily mantras, meditation, and therapy, played a crucial role in her recovery. This experience led her to create Black Buddha Cannabis, a brand focused on wellness and healing, as a testament to her journey.
