Amber Senter

I bring over twenty years of marketing and project management expertise to the table. Currently, I serve as the founder and CEO of MAKR House, a company specializing in distribution and infused cannabis products. My responsibilities at MAKR House include leading fundraising, supply chain management, government relations, strategy, product development, and marketing efforts. Additionally, I am deeply involved in Supernova Women, an organization I co-founded in 2015, where I currently serve as the Chair of the Board and Executive Director. Supernova Women is committed to empowering people of color to become self-sufficient shareholders in the cannabis industry.

My background also includes serving as a US Coast Guard Veteran and holding various leadership positions within the cannabis industry. Notably, I served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of an Oakland dispensary, where I focused on creating and implementing procedures to enhance sales and profitability. During my tenure, I successfully obtained Oakland’s first onsite consumption permit, highlighting my expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments.

I am recognized as a trusted voice within the cannabis industry, valued for my extensive knowledge of both the medical and adult-use sectors. I am frequently sought out as a coach and mentor, and I take pride in serving as a role model for aspiring cannabis business entrepreneurs.
