Kanha

Our founders believe that the journey, rather than the destination, is what awakens the spirit and brings life into balance. Seeking greater equilibrium in their lives, they embarked on a transformative journey that took them from the Amazon basin to the jungles of West Africa and to the ancient cultures of Asia. Along the way, they learned profound lessons from a revered spiritual guide in India. This collective experience taught them how diverse cultures have achieved harmony with the world, greatly benefiting from plant-based medicine.

During their travels in India, the founders were particularly moved by the revered deity Krishna, described in ancient texts as the god of protection, compassion, tenderness, and love. His embodiment of cherished values deeply resonated with them, and one of his divine names, Kanha, came to symbolize their commitment to sharing the wisdom gained on their journey.

Early spiritual texts portray cannabis as one of the five sacred plants, a divine source of strength and protection that empowers optimal wellness. “Kanha” embodies our perspective on cannabis and its role in connecting individuals and communities, representing how cannabis can enhance life and community through personal journeys to happiness.
