Hemp Staff

HempStaff was established in April 2014 by husband and wife team, James and Rosie Yagielo. Prior to founding HempStaff, James had over 15 years of experience in recruiting, and Rosie had over 20 years of experience in corporate training within the hospitality industry. This expertise led to the creation of HempStaff’s Training Division in July 2014. Based in Florida, the company initially focused on the state’s anticipated medical marijuana program, which unfortunately did not pass that year. In response, James and Rosie quickly pivoted to a national model, starting in Massachusetts, Rosie’s home state, and expanding across the country in 2015. To date, HempStaff has built a database of over 80,000 candidates.
